Healthy Salad with Chicken

This is a great centerpiece platter that is full of vegetables and chicken which is great to use as a complement for other main courses. The platter has a number of small cut foods which have plenty of vitamins and protein. The grilled chicken, mushroom, and corn alone add a visually great look.
Ingredients
Ingredients - Chana
2 Medium Green Chilies
3 Piece of Ginger
3 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1 Medium Onion
0.5 tbsp Salt
1 Medium Lemon
Ingredients - Plate 1
1 Corn
50 Grams of Mint Leaves
200 Grams of Mushrooms
1 Cucumber
1 Beatroot
2 Boiled Eggs
300 grams of Spinach
Ingredients - Plate 2
4 tbsp Back Olives
10 Red Cherry Tomatoes
10 Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
100 Grams Fresh Coriander
5 Raddish
1 Avocado
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 Green Lemon
1 Yellow Lemon
Greek Cheese
Instructions
Preparing the Chana
Let's soak the chickpeas in some water as this will soften the peas. Let's seak them overnight.
After overnight, mix both the peas into a single bowl. Add the onion, coriander, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt. Next, mix the bowl and our Chana bowl should be ready.
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, add your chicken, and then add lemon juice, paprika, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, oregano, and some black pepper. Mix the chicken and then we can ging to fry the chicken.
Frying the Chicken
Place a pan on your hub and add some oil to base the pan. Next, add the chicken to the pan and flip the chicken every five minutes. Do this about 4 times until the chicken looks crunchy.
Next, cut the chicken so that we can place it on the platter later.
Preparing the Raw Food
Place an empty pan on the hub and add some butter to base the pan. Next, add the mushrooms and corn. Also, add some black pepper. Continue to cook until the Corn and Mushrooms look fully cooked.
Preparing the Vegetables
First, let's cut the Cucumber into slices. Next, let's do the same with the Red Pepper and Avocado. We will also cut the sweet corn off the corn. Let's also cut the Lettuce and tomatoes (both red and yellow ones). Cut the tomatoes into small slices.
Making the Salad Dressing
Into a jug, add some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and some fresh lemon juice. Let's also add some salt as well as black pepper. Mix the liquid.
Decorating the Platter
Place the Chana Bowl in the center and slowly start to place the cut vegetables, fruits, and chicken all around the platter until it looks full.
Your platter is now ready to serve.
