Five Summer Smoothies for enjoying on a hot summer day. These are very healthy summer smoothies to enjoy with the entire family and friends. In this video, I will show you how to prepare 5 delicious summer smoothies with some easy to find ingredients. The great thing about these smoothies is that you don't have to make all five but can select the ones you want to make and make them.
They are very easy to make and once you look through a couple of my smoothies, you will then be able to experiment and make any smoothies you want with many lovely ingredients. We look at using mango, strawberries, vanilla and many more.
Ingredients
Berries Smoothie
1 Cup Raspberry
1 Cup Blueberry
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Strawberry
1 Cup Blackberry
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 Cup Milk
3 tbsp yoghurt
Preparing smoothies is actually very simple. To prepare our berries smoothies, in a blender add the raspberry, blueberry, some ice, strawberry, blackberry, vanilla, milk and yoghurt into a blender.
Once added, blend the entire content until it is a very thick and smooth texture. Pour the content into a glass and prepare to serve it.
Pineapple and Mango Smoothie
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 Cup slices of Orange
1 Cup slices of Mango
1 Cup slices of Pineapple
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Milk
To prepare our mango smoothies, in a blender, add your slices of orange, your slices of mango and your slices of pineapple. Then add the ice, milk and yoghurt on top.
Once added, blend the entire content until it is a very thick and smooth texture. Pour the content into a glass and prepare to serve it.
Beetroot and Strawberry Smoothie
100 grams Ginger
1 Cup slices of Lettuce
1 Cup slices of Beetroot
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Strawberry
To prepare our beetroot and strawberry smoothies, in a blender, add the ginger, slices of lettuce, slices of beetroot, ice and strawberry.
Once added, blend the entire content until it is a very thick and smooth texture. Pour the content into a glass and prepare to serve it.
Banana and Strawberry Smoothie
1 Cup Milk
3 tbsp Yogurt
1 Cup slices of Banana
1 Cup Cherries
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Ice
To prepare our banana and strawberry smoothies, in a blender, add milk, yoghurt, slices of banana, cherries, strawberries and some ice.
Once added, blend the entire content until it is a very thick and smooth texture. Pour the content into a glass and prepare to serve it.
Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie
1 Cup slices of Kiwi
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Blueberry
1 Cup slices of Banana
1 Cup Ice
To prepare our kiwi and spinach smoothies, in a blender, add the slices of kiwi, spinach, blueberry, slices of banana and ice.
Once added, blend the entire content until it is a very thick and smooth texture. Pour the content into a glass and prepare to serve it.
