Garam Masala

In a blender, put the all the garam masala ingredients inside and blend until you have a very fine powder. Once the garam masala is ready, pour it on a made so that we can use it for later. Optionally, you can add in some cinnamon powder which you can prepare using some cinnamon in a blender.

Preparing our Lamb Chops

Place a cooking pot add in the lamb chops. To the chops, add in the turmeric powder as well as the red chilli powder. Next, add the coriander powder as well as the salt.

Now, let's add in the smashed garlic as well as the smashed ginger paste and the oil.

With all the ingredients add, let's mix the content. We need to ensure that we give this a really good mix to ensure that the meat is well fused with all the ingredients.

Now, let's add in the fried onions to our mixed lamb chops pot.

Cooking the Lamb Chops

Place your pot on your cooker and add to it your chopped onions from earlier and give the pot a really good mix. Leave it on a medium flame for about five minutes and cover the lid.

After fix minutes, remove the lid and you should see some water coming our of the chops. If the pot feels a little dry then you can add in 1 cup of water.

Add in your black pepper as well as the cumin powder. Now let's add in the garam masala powder. The more masala you add at this point, the tasters the chops will be but make sure not to add too much. Cover the pot for about 5 minutes on a medium flame.

After five minutes, remove the lid and your chops should now begin to look much drier than earlier with some oil. The oil is coming out of the chops and this means that the chops have cooked well. Cover the pot again for about seven to eight minutes on a low flame.

Preparing Our Onions

Place another cooking pan on the hub and add the mustard oil and allow it to heat up. Next, add in your dried chillies as well as our onions. Now, let's add in the cut garlic as well as the remaining ginger paste. Next, let's give the pot a really good mix and allow the paste to become a golden brown colour.

Adding the Onions to the Lamb Chops

Remove the lid from out lamb chop pots and add in the Onions. Make sure to mix the onions with the lamb chops. Cover the lid again for a further five minutes.

We are now ready to serve, check your lamb chops and they should be a strong brown colour.
