Grilled Salmon

Healthy grilled fish

The grilled salmon fish makes a healthy meal for everyone. It has many impressive health benefits such as being rich in omega 3 fatty acid and vitamin b. It is also known to reduce heart disease.


Ingredients


  • 1 tbsp Red Crushed Chilli

  • 2 tbsp Tamarind paste

  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala powder

  • 4 pieces Ginger small cut

  • 1 whole Garlic small cut

  • 1 tbsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp Chicken Tikka masala powder

  • 1 Cup fresh Coriander

  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds

  • 1 whole Salmon fish

Instructions


Preparing the Salmon Fish


Let's grab our whole salmon fish and create cuts on each side of the fish. Leave a gap of two fingers length while making verticle cuts on the fish.


We will also need to base the fish in water that is filled with vinegar and salt. Place the fish in the water so that the fish becomes soft. Leave the fish for about 10 minutes.


After ten minutes, remove the fish and ensure to fully dry it off.


Preparing the Paste


In an empty bowl, add coriander, garlic and ginger. Using a blender, blend the three ingredients until it becomes a fine thin texture.


Once done, add turmeric powder, chicken tikka masala powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Also add the crush chillies and cumin seeds, coriander seeds and turmeric paste. Finally, let's add the oil. Using a whisk, mix the contents of the bowl and the paste should now be ready.


Pasting the Salmon Fish


Take your prepared paste and cover the entire fish. Make sure to cover the entire fish as well as forcing some of the paste inside the fish such as the gutted areas of the fish and the cuts alongside its body.


Make sure to paste both sides of the fish.


Cover the fish and leave it in the fridge for 4-6 hours.


Preparing the Oven Tray


After 6 hours, get your oven tray and spray some olive oil. Place your fish on the try and put it inside the oven for 15 minutes at 175 degrees.


After15 minutes, take the salmon out and flip the fish. You can also add some olive oil to ensure it is not trying dry.


Place it back in the oven for 15 minutes, again at 175 degrees.


Now take the fish out and it should be ready to serve.
