In today's dish, we are going to prepare an amazing Noodle dish with Vegetables, Eggs and Masala. I use Maggi Noodles but you can eCrispy Tender Chicken
Ingredients
1 Fresh garlic
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 cup fresh coriander
1 tbsp garam masala powder
4 eggs
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
Smashed ginge
1 cup green peas
2 potatoes
1 Green pepper
5 tbsp oil
5 green chillies
2 fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp salt
5 packets of noodles
Fresh carrots
Green beans
1 cup mushrooms
2 medium onions
1-litre water
Place an empty cooking pot on your cooker and add the oil into it. Let the oil heat up a little and once done we will add the fresh garlic. Make sure to give the cooking pot a mix and allow it to turn into a golden rich brown colour.
Next, add the ginger paste as well as the onions. Give this a good mix to ensure all the ingredients are mixed. After that, add the salt and give it a quick mix.
Now let's close the lid and leave it for 5 minutes on medium flame to allow the onions to fully cook. Once the onions look ready, let's add in the eggs and then make sure to mix the cooking pot again. The egg should slowly turn the texture of the dish a little fluffy.
Next, we will add the turmeric powder as well as the chilli powder. We will also add the coriander powder as well as the garam masala powder. Also, add the green chillies and give this a really good mix. This should help the spice to fuse with the base masala.
With the base now mixed, let's add the carrots as well as the green peppers. Let's also add the green beans as well as the mushrooms. We are adding the mushrooms early to ensure that they are cooked fully. Again, let's give the cooking pot a mix before we take our next step. Let's close the lid for 15 minutes on a low flame to allow the dish to slowly cook.
After 15 minutes, remove the lid and check the masala, it should be a fine red colour indicating that it is ready.
Preparing for Noodles
Now let's add the potatoes as well as the Matar into the cooking pot. Let's also add the tomatoes and let's give it a good mix. Let's close the lid for about 10 minutes. Open the lid again after 10 minutes and all your vegetables should now be cooked thoroughly. In fact, vegetables should now be very soft.
Adding the Noodles
We must add a cup of water for a pack of noodles. As we are going to add five packs of noddles, we will add five cups of water. So go ahead and add five cups of water to the cooking pot. With the water added, five the cooking pot a gentle mix and allow it to boil. After about 5 minutes, open the lid and now add your noodle packs.
When adding the noodle packs, you can either break the noodles or leave them whole. The result will be the same so ultimately it does not matter much.
After adding in the noodles, mix the entire cooking pot making sure that all the noodle is submerged in the masala.
Keep mixing for about a further 10 minutes to ensure that the water is observed by the noddle. Once this happens, add some fresh coriander to help keep the taste of the noodle fresh.
Your egg masala noodle should now be ready to serve.
