Juicy Crispy Chicken

Crispy chicken tender strips is a mouthwatering delight that consists of chicken pieces coated in a seasoned batter. The breading adds a crisp coating and keeps the juices in the meat.
Ingredients
Marinate the Chicken
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 kg Chicken
Chicken Coating
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Dry Crushed Onions
1 tbsp Ginger Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
Coat the Chicken
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Egg
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Plain Flavour
1 tbsp Black Pepper
600 millilitre Soda Water
Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Let's marinate our chicken first. In the chicken bowl, add in your the red chilli powder followed by the salt and the vinegar and the then the follower. Now let's give the bowl a good mix.
Once mixed, cover your chicken bowl and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preparing the chicken coating
In the flour, add in the salt and the red chilli powder. Now, let's add the ginger powder and the black pepper. Next, add the crushed onions followed by the garlic powder.
Now let's mix the flour making sure that to give it a good mix.
Basing the Chicken
After the initial 30 minutes, take the chicken out of the fridge.
Grab a big bowl, large enough to hold the chicken and the salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper and the garlic powder. Now let's give this a good mix.
Now, let's add in the eggs and add a little soda water followed by stirring the content. Continue to mix until it's a nice watery texture.
Now add in your chicken and give it a good mix. Once mixed, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. If possible then overnight would be better.
Coating the chicken
Once your chicken has been marinated for a second time, we can now begin to coat the chicken. Place each of your chicken pieces into the chicken coating that we prepared earlier.
Make sure to follow coat each of the chicken pieces.
Frying the Chicken
With our chicken now fully coated, let's start to fry the chicken. Get a cooking bot and pour 1 litre of oil in it. Allow the oil to warm up. once warmed up, place each chicken piece in. After adding a chicken piece to the oil, allow ten minutes to pass before flipping each chicken piece over.
Continue to repeat this until the chicken is fully fried. You should not need to repeat flipping each chicken piece more than 2-3 times.
Your chicken should now be ready to serve.
